During the job search, it seems like a majority of jobs require two-years experience, even at the entry level.
For many of us, we see this requirement as a disqualification, but for those of us who believe we have the skills to fulfill the job requirements, there is an opportunity to high light those skills that are relevant to the job.
Consider relevant skills used at other jobs, internships, even for college courses, then craft your application, resume, and cover letter to the job focusing on those skills.
