Management Is Not Always The Right Path

Society teaches to find what we want to do, turn it into a career, then to succeed at that career and move up the corporate ladder. That ladder eventually leads to management a majority of the time.

The problem is that management is a specific set of skills. skills which may be dramatically different than those of the career that one chooses to pursue. 

In several cases, management can be the right path, but in many, it may be far from an improvement in one's career life.
